well its time for my Gerber FX to get serviced, Its been a while now since I had to deal with Gerber engineers, I will keep you updated as to what happens.
I am having a problem with the foil not dropping all the way down to meet the vinyl, need to give it a nudge and then it works, not sure what happened. I have about 10'000 static labels to print!!!

My FX is not working properly. It constantly stalls during multiple prints. Not only does it take too long to get jobs done, it leaves lines in my prints when it stalls. I'm guessing i'm now going have to bring it down to have it serviced.
If anyone has a simple suggestion let me know.
i did upgrade the firmware and it had no effect on the printing problems.
It's almost like there is a memory problem. Every time i instruct the machine to do multiple prints it seems it stalls and waits for info. It sometimes disconnects and i need to instruct it to re activate.
